Dear all, I have an issue with my CNC with BlackBox controller. CNC is quenbe ULTRA 1000 x 1000 with 2,2 kW spindle. In Fusion I created 25 x 25mm calibration part with 2x 4mm holes. I calibrated X, Y with help of caliper. When I send G90 X150, machines goes to X 150,0xmm. Same for Y axis. Problem starts when I cut this square. X axis on the spot 25mm, Y axis is 25,2mm. For 2 holes there that I am using Bore function. Holes are oval and have 4mm only when I am measuring distance between 7 o'clock & 1 o'clock. The rest of inner diameter varies from 3,6mm in X and 3.8mm in Y. As tool I am using 2mm single flute, I measured it and actual diameter of flute it is 2.25mm. So this I also updated in Fusion. In Fusion I imported new OpenBuild post process v1.0.36. I have checked all screws on the machine. Now I am clue less what to do next. Do you have any idea what can cause this issue?
