    Hello,

I could not help noticing that the “Anti-Backlash Nut Block” appears to be made of plastic (or something similar to that). This has me a little concerned because I am building a machine that uses several “C-Beam XLarge Linear Actuator Bundles” and assuming that I am able to build this machine successfully, the machine:

    • · Will be running nonstop (24 / 7)
    • · Will be running at the maximum possible speed (as fast as the NEMA 23 steppers can go).
    • · Will move a relative light load.

This raises the question, what kind of life expectancy should I expect to get from this machine under the conditions listed above? Of course, I don’t expect anyone to be able to answer the question since it’s a difficult question with too many unknow variables.

So the real purpose for my post is really to just get a feel (just a feel and nothing more) for as to whether I will most likely happily surprised or sadly disappointed with the wear and tear performance of the current OpenBuilds technologies for my particular needs.

    Thanks.
