Is there something I am doing wrong. The first router ER11 Seized up after 2 days of cutting, speed was #3 18000RPM, ( resurfaced spoil board .5 mills with 3/4 resurfacing bit and cut 2 sheets of MDF with 1/4 bit at 2 mills deep). Router was replaced under warranty. While waiting for replacement i purchased a King router for $70 which is the bottom of the line at 1 hp but it had proper body size. I resurfaced spoil board again and cut 8 sheets of MDF no problem. New router arrived today and I resurfaced spoil board with 3/4 bit at .5 mills and it seized up 1/2 way through. Any thoughts?
