please cheek this design

    i want to use 1 x 3 V slot in y axis . but i have a small doubt about its stability . . . give me some advice . . . thanks in advance

    At a quick glance, I would suggest doubling the main gantry beam (as is done with the Ox) and lowering it down to the minimum height necessary to provide clearance, just high enough for what you intend to cut. But whether or not it will be fully workable depends on what you intend to cut with it and you haven't given us a lot of information here. As for the side plates, rigidity is key to a good cut so keep them as short (vertically) as possible and thicker is always better.
