Hi folks hope someone can offer some advice.. PLEASEEEEEE !!

i bought a cnc plasma table that the guy made himself using openbuilds software and arduino parts i can get it to move and all axis but can`t get the torch to fire ( Jasic 45 same machine as the guy i bought it all off was using)

I've been inside the CNC box with multimeter... photo attched cnc.jpg
Top red and black .. constant 4.7 volts
Top purple and black .. switches to 4.7 volts when plasma should be working
Bottom red and blue (wires that go to the plasma cutter .. no voltage

spoke to the guy who sold me the CNC table and he`s being really helpfull and even sent me a replacement board

swapped it over today, still no plasma torch starting up !!!

so I've been back inside the CNC box with multimeter...
Top red and black .. constant 4.7 volts
Top purple and black .. switches to 4.7 volts when plasma should be working
Bottom red and blue (wires that go to the plasma cutter .. 4.7 volts but only when the plasma torch is moving between holes (when the torch should be off)........

after running a test program ive written for 20 mins i checked voltage ouput to the pins 1 and 2 on the CNC port and no voltage there...... so i traced the voltage back and i now have no voltage coming out of the board again !!!

Any help or advice would be really good as i`m getting frustrated with it now and want to cut some metal !!

Relays open and close. No voltage is correct. Test with Continuity Mode
