I have been away from my machine for several months and just got back to using it. I Drew up a sign that I wanted to cut for my neighbor and everything was going ok so I thought I would do an "AIR" cut to see about placement on the wood. It was going about 1?10 th the size I created. I checked everything and nothing appears to be changed. I even opened a couple of old files I've cut previously, and got the same results. I'm really starting to think my seniors moments are getting too close together.

Anybody have any suggestions where I'm going wrong?

Although it should be greater than 1/10th, is there a way that things got switched from inches to mm?
