    Some good mods there.
Makes you wonder how we used to manage with just the one belt! It has to be 2 really.
    Good Job. :)

Thanks Gray, a lot of trial and error really but really rewarding getting the CNC to work correctly, belts do give a little so in this case 2 is better than one, the adjustable tensioner works well also, its really good that you can design components in Fusion 360 and then 3D print them and they work! incredible, a year ago i didn't know what a cnc machine was, its all good, really impressed with Openbuilds and the forums and help.

Hi Ryan, hope you are well? Its Kev from up in York, yeah the dust covers, i was cutting a thin piece of acrylic and the chips were getting through the dust shoe and everywhere and got in between the V-slot wheels on the Y-Axis, it jammed it solid so i thought hmm dust covers are needed, really easy to print and fit and do the job, happy days!
The CNC machine is faultless, homing switches work well and no long cable runs, just completed a job for a guy who wanted some pound coins mounting on a piece of
170 year old oak, 24 holes all perfect, he was made up, dual belts work a treat and the 3D printed belt tensioners and clamps are spot on.
Another big thank you for a superb kit and once again the manuals were spot on, will get round to ordering a workbee at some point, i get a lot of satisfaction building the cnc's but also i have learnt about grbl, UGS Fusion 360 during the builds as well.
