Howdy! I have an upgraded Inventables X-Carve, still using the X-Controller. I would like to use the OpenBuilds XYZ Probe to set the zero points. Any way in OpenBuilds Control to manually activate the M7 or M8 pin to power the probe? In documentation, those pins output 5v DC, but the only way I can figure it out is in g-code. Thanks!
reading what you wrote, the pins OUTPUT. (and the M7/M8 commands are for controlling coolant outputs, nothing to do with probes.) yet, the probe is an INPUT...... you need to connect the probe to an input pin that the Xcontroller knows is for the probe.
Thanks David! I do have probe inputs on the X Controller. I’m looking for a 5v power output to power the XYZ probe LED/noise cancelling features. Thanks!
