So I am running it with the Black box (older version) and I noticed the problem after I did an update to the firmware.
It's gotta be a software thing because it's ADDING about .062" over at about 45" in X,Y and I've noticed that my depths have been off too.
I mainly use Estlcam and that has also been updated, so I'm not placing blame solely on the black box.
I just want to know if anyone can offer me any help on how to solve this problem?

sounds like you reset the calibration on the blackbox
you can use openbuildsCONTROL to recalibrate
after you have the calibration confirmed, you can use the backup button to save the settings in case you need to restore them in the future.

I use a black box and Estlcam and mine is right on. Do you use Estlcam as the controller or just to generate gcode?

I calibrated mine using a meter stick and using the longest possible distance I could. If you only do it over 100 mm, you will not get a super precise system.
