Has anyone had issues with the interface screen? Mine is distorted throughout the whole screen but more on the left side. This is a new interface and is the fist time I turned it on since receiving my machine. I looked at the ribbon cable but don't see anything I can do to try and fix it.
Contact the store via Support and they'll get a new one out to you - looks like it got damaged in shipping
