Interface not working correctly after homing

Hi
I’m new to all this but have managed to set up the Blackbox to work on my machine perfectly via a laptop. The soft limits work every time with no issues.
The problem I am having is when I turn on the Blackbox with the interface to control it all axis move in correct direction, but after homing it nothing moves and error 15 pops up on the display saying I have reached maximum limit yet it sat 5mm away from homing limits.
If anyone can help me sort this out I would be grateful, as it’s making the interface useless cause I carnt home it
