Hi, Had a replacement interface come in today(first one had a bad usb jack). The replacement has a good usb port but the cancel/abort and ok buttons do not work at all. All other buttons seem to be working fine. Anyone have this issue?? I tried updating firmware but can’t do it via WiFi due to not being able to press the ok button and my I can’t get it to update with openbuilds control software either. Any ideas?
Please reach out to the Store again, and they will sort it out for you. Or if you haven't returned the bad USB port one, swop out the front panels
