    Hi fellow CNC enthusiasts [IMG]

I just bought the OB Interface which I installed with my Black box.
I can see that it is setup to be used with the OB XYZ probe plus. I do already have a (DIY) XYZ prove and would of cause like to not spending money on a new one.

As far as I can see on the OB forum and documentation, I need to do some changes in the Probing script on the USB flash (See pictures).

I would like to change the Z and XYZ scripts so it can be used with my diy probe. I'm not sure which numbers to change? What should I change, so it would match the dimension on my probe (See drawing)

    Regards,
    Morten

Correct, you can edit the probing macros after copying the defaults to your Flashdrive. Open them as text files and edit in your offsets manually. Replacing our <¿offset> placeholders with numbers

Thanks for a quick reply! :)

So i will go from this on all axis: G10 P1 L20 X-<xoffset> ; set X as offset and half endmill diameter

To this: G10 P1 L20 X-10 ; set X as offset and half endmill diameter.

Do this mean that every time I change bit size I need to change the macro or can i still do this directly on the Interface?:
set X as offset and half endmill diameter

We can only automate endmill diameter with our macro, and our Probe :)

Get yourself a XYZ Touch Probe Plus for maximum compatibility
