Hi all, sorry for the newbie question. I'm looking at a project that can use one of the C-beam linear kits, but I need to add some components that use 1in T-slot pieces. It looks like there are some differences between the profiles. Is there a preferred method for joining the C-Beam to standard T-slot pieces? Thanks in advance!

There is really no compatibility between the two. You will probably need to modify any connectors used or create your own. Short pieces of aluminum angle work nicely. Connecting hardware will have to be specific to the pieces on each side of the connection.
