Was just wondering if anyone could measure or has the measure of the total height of:

C-Beam plus mounted universal Gantry Plate.

I know the C-Beam is 40mm, and the Gantry Plate is 3mm, but was wondering how much height is added when mounted.

    Thanks for any assistance!

    Hello Dean,
Just under 46mm (45.843mm ) according to @Mark Carew C-beam Sketchup model. But it really depends on what spacers you end up using for your wheels / nut block as to how high off of the C-beam the Plate will ride.

To do it by head and without the drawing:

C-Beam till half the wheel: 30mm
    Half wheel height: 5.5mm
    Shim: 1mm
    Spacer: 6mm
    Gantry plate: 2.93mm

    Total: 45.43mm

Screw head is about 1.55-1.60mm in height.

So yes, 45.843 is close enough ;).
