I'm experiencing an issue with the flattening wizzard... or rather with the tool.
When the tool passes from right to left, there is zero 'bump' , when it passes from left to right, theres a tiny little bump.
Since it is only in one direction it seems to be caused by the difference in tool deflection in climb and conventional cut rather than a tramming issue
Am i correct or missing something?

If so; would it be feasible for me to do the flattening with only climb cuts?

It should be able to do both, so something else needs fixing:
Hold the endmill and give it a wiggle - if you feel any play - follow the play by hand (easier to detect unwanted movement through the sense of touch - much more sensitive sense) to find the source. Could be wheels needing adjustment, etc
