Hello Well, maybe I should have researched more. But purchased a 220v kress spindle. I’m in the US. Cord is for the euro plug. And the outlet I have in the garage is a washer/welder style Search did not come up with any adaptors. So question for the guys operating these in the US. How are you dealing with powering them?? If in doubt about mains electrical, please get in a qualified electrician rather than the "stranger on the internet" Not only risks to you as a person, but could have ramifications with your insurance. Do it right, do it safe
I have the AMB/Kress 1400 DI model. cut the plug off, and replace it with a NEMA 6 plug, this is the one I used. (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Leviton...-Plug-Black-and-White-R50-05466-0CS/300861975) Then I made an extension cord with the matching male plug, and on the other end, for me, a dryer plug, you would use whatever matches yours. This is a temp setup for me as I needed a 30f extension to reach the dryer plug, I have conduit and wiring to extend a 220V line from my panel, to install a receptacle closer to my CNC, and for my bandsaw and table saw.

Just cut the cord and replace the plug... $10 solution.... $30 to $50 if you made an extension cord and a dryer plug.
Ordered a plug. Thanks everybody. I am waiting on a return email from the reseller here in the states too. So there is no ground? Hooking up the just the 2 hot leads and leaving the ground bare? or ground and jumping the two hot? I’ll google that one too. Lol.
It is. Great outfit to work with. My only issue was not asking the right questions. Got the plug coming. And actually going to get some endmills and stops from Midwest as well. Great pricing.
