Error??

    Im trying to pocket some text to do an inlay. Its programmed in f360. As its clearing the pocket i get this error? any way around it?

    This is the one im using. I have the full version of f360 so i have the older one

    the other thing to try is to check your lead in and lead out radii. fusion likes to use a formula that produces a radius that is a small fraction of the bitdiameter and this can be very small, and now and then, too small to be calculated properly to 4 decimal digits and you see error:33 as a result.

    I will give that new post a try. Just as a follow up i re-did the cam work using solidworks and hsm works and it worked great. same post as i was using in fusion..
