I just completed a C-Beam machine build per the YouTube instructional videos. Got to the point of downloading and installing the OpenBuilds Control software on my laptop, connecting machine to laptop via USB cable, powering up machine. Ring light illuminated just fine. I selected my machine and saved the profile in the control software. When the video instructed me to go to the control tab and jog the machine, all I got was scrolling script with "ok". No machine movement. If it means anything, I have a red flickering USB light on the Black Box controller. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    1) Double check that $4=1(enabled) in Grbl settings
    2) If thats not it, the only other thing it needs to be able to move is power and correct wiring (Double check PSU is on, BlackBox is on, etc, double check you did set the correct mains voltage docs:blackbox:connect-psu [OpenBuilds Documentation] , measure PSU output to make sure it is 24v, double check you wired the polarity correctly)

    3) Did you click Reset when prompted about 2 seconds after clicking Save on the Grbl settings tab? Its needed to reboot Grbl with the new settings applied

Means nothing. Red = TX (sending data), green = RX (Receiving)
Sending data would be position feedback etc to update the DRO. Will be greener when you are sending a gcode file
