Solid V-Wheel get stuck when tightened

    Hello!

    I am making the assembly shown in the picture, but when I tighten the nut, the v-wheel get stuck.

    Did you put the washer between the bearings? Bearing - washer - bearing?

    Note: not a washer, it's a Precision Shim : Precision Shim - 10x5x1mm
    They are machined to an exact thickness to carry the forces on the center hubs of the bearings, while the wheel rides on the outer rims of the bearings. Without the shim in place you are effectively pushing the bearing races themselves apart

    I couldn't remember what the parts that go between bearings are called.

    Yes, I put the Precision Shim between the bearings.

    Did you also put a precision shim between the eccentric and the wheel?

    If it doesn't work with the precision shim properly in place you may have defective parts. Contact the seller for resolution.
