Hi Noob Here I bought a used workbee and have been having issues with it, It makes a loud and jumpy noise when going above 1500, I using a black box but the y2 port isn't working so both axis are wired to y, I emailed someone from openbuilds and they said that this shouldn't be an issue but I am still running into this issue, does anyone know what I need to do to speed it up, a friend suggested that it could be the bearings in the motor, could this be true, or is it more likely to do with the frame, the frame is square, the old owner seemed to be using it fine. any help would be much appreciated. thanks, Kai.

In parallel, you are sharing the driver, so you are compromising on available power. Still under warranty? Or an old controller (If so, consider ordering a new BlackBox X32)

Also, assuming you tried docs:blackbox-x32:currentadjustment [OpenBuilds Documentation] if Y2 was faulting (see 2nd half)

Ahh, used, possible the previous owner killed Y2. Order a new controller.

Negative, unless you took a hammer to the motor shaft at some point, it won't fail in this lifetime
