Hey, finally got everything set up, downloaded openbuilds controller and plugged it into my laptop, I tried all four USB ports but nothing shows up in the controller. I watched the videos on YouTube and after Matt built it he plugged it right into his laptop and a pretty populated. I double checked all connections, it definitely has power going to it and I was able to use the interface to do a couple movements but then it freezes. Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated!
docs:blackbox-x32:install-drivers [OpenBuilds Documentation] most likely. Complete initial setup before trying the Interface, get it nicely set up and tested first
I will pause on the interface thanks, and I did try the driver's I will try them again could have clicked on the wrong one by accident.
Yes, USB is factory tested (we program firmware over USB as part of factory QA, so definately was working) Driver is the most likely, otherwise try a different PC, or see the link in the onscreen error when it fails to connect - that's the comprehensive FAQ on connection issues
