Three years and not a single problem. Tried to connect today and I'm getting the errors in attachment. I unplugged everything from blackbox to isolate any issues. Tried 2 different computers and got the same errors. Anything else I can try or is it smoked?
Have you work through the link provided onscreen? If so, and nothing helped, good chance something did happen to it. The question is somewhat "what happened to it?" to avoid a new short circuit or similar damaging a new one very soon as well.
I did follow the steps in the link. One question regarding that. It says disconnect 'everything' except the USB. Doing this doesn't power the BB. I plugged in the PSU to BB for it to turn on and connect. Other than that I used it yesterday and nothing has changed.
USB cables can deliver 5v, which is enough to boot up the microcontroller, communications and establish connection. If it does not, something is dead.
