How do I tell Openbuild control where my job is? I used Lightburn to created a job, saved the G Code and sent it to Openbuild control. By looking at the pictures it looks like Openbuild has part of my job out of the work area. I know it's a simple thing to correct but right now I'm not seeing it.....

Forgot to say I have the Inventables X-carve 1000 with a J Tech laser.

Your job is where it is. You can tell the machine where your Job origin (0,0,0 point) is by jogging to it, and setting zero

Where the job is, is how your CAM placed it. Origin is configured in CAM. In CONTROL you just line up the realworld to where you said you want it in CAM

Thanks, Peter, I didn't go through Cam. I uploaded the g code straight from Lightburn using Control. Should I use Cam to upload from Lightburn? Then use Control to sent it to the laser?

Lightburn is a CAM. Lots of CAM applications. A CAM converts a CAD file to GCODE
