Did the whole build on the 1515 and the BlackBox X32 won't show ANY sign of life. I checked the power supply with a multimeter and I am getting a clean 24volts. The light on the power supply is red when nothing is attached. It is off when the BBX32 is attached. It blinks red when I attempt to power on the BB.

Stranger still, the plug that connects the BBX32 to the power supply seems to have FUSED to the BB.

I've contacted warranty, since this is a NEW device, but I was also curious if anyone else has experienced any of these issues?

Blinking PSU is an indicator of a wiring short or incorrect polarity.

Check polarity, check all cabling for shorts.

The melted connector is a good indication that perhaps the PSU wiring was plugged in with polarity reversed, which may have caused permanent damage

Thanks for the reply. The polarity was correct coming out of the PSU and into the BB. No shorts in the cable itself, but there is definitely a short in the plug that is now fused to the BBX32.

Contact the store via Support > New Ticket - including pictures of all wiring (unless changed since).
    Thanks
