I am working on a design to use with an ACRO system and I have imported the cad files. In fusion 360 the wheel stud spacing looks like it would be to tight of a fit.

I have these studs at 58mm to 60.5 center to center, does this sound correct?

The original plates are slotted - the centerline of the slot should be just perfect, but has a couple millimeter each side to compensate for any tolerances

    See 13:50 onward

Yes, slotted. 58mm is center to center for the short end of the slot 60.5 would be with the bolt at the long end of the slot. In cad it look like it would be an overly tight fit so I am wondering if some one can verify these dimensions?

OpenBuilds ACRO System has the original designs in sketchup (Files and drawings tab):

On that I get 59.2 centerline, 60.5 at max. As it is adjustable, you can always make it longer - doesn't rely on the edge of the hole, just the clamping pressure to stay in place.

Ok thank you. I had originally downloaded the dfx files, I just downloaded the SketchUp files and SketchUp Make. I see how the measurement tool works if I have further questions.
