So I'm looking to make my own Ox plates but I don't know the dimensions of the holes and the gaps. I've seen the diagram of the plates showing outer Dimensions but I need to know the dimensions of the slots that hold the nema motors.
Ps I'm new too cnc so please be nice lol

Drawings attached. Plates shown full size in pdf file. If you don't have Autocad to open the dwg/dxf files and wish to do so Autodesk Trueview is available and is also free to use. Fusion 360 may also open them but I've never worked with it.

Smaller holes are 5.1mm (or 13/64"). Larger holes are 7.14mm (or 9/32"). You can take the smaller holes down to 5mm if desired but the larger holes need to stay dead on 9/32".

Slots are based on the 5.1mm width by various length. The shorter ones are 14.1mm and the longer ones are 26mm but accuracy of either of these lengths is not really important.

As for the critical hole spacings noted by the red center lines, I would suggest upping them up by 0.2mm to 100.0mm on the main plates and 80.0mm on the Z plates as some of the extrusion has been a slight bit oversize lately.

I know this is an old thread but I want to thank you! I was having a devil of a time finding the right dimensions. You would not believe how many builds I have looked at where the dimensions are completely wrong.

Thank you for your information; however, the model, that you suggest, uses a different y-gantry plate. I would like to use the y-gantry plate that supports "Internal Insert Module 1.0 Gear Rack ".

Then it’s probably best to ask the person who created that specific version rather than throwing it out in the open forum. He may not be checking the open forum for questions about his specific project.
