I am having a hard time initializing the Interface and system. when interface is turned on and it hits USB drive step it says No Drive in red. When it hits Firmware it says unable to check in red. When Interface is completed coming up there is no usb light or drive light. Without a memory stick, at that point when I manually move directional arrows one y axis motor runs random it seems. Do you think I have a bad Interface unit or y stepper or both. It seems a bad interface unit with bad USB drive. What would the remedy be?
