I see steel vee rollers referred to here and there on openbuild but no mention in store.
Are there actually steel wheels and rails available?
I do not think the "extreme wheels" will be enough for my design.

My KurlyTie making system is currently hand fed. The next machine I am building will run lights out.
Taking plastic pellets into KurlyTies in one fully automated process.

For the production machine I will be mounting the extruder on rails and it weighs over 75 pounds.

Attached is a view of my existing prototype which I use to make KurlyTies now.
Also a video of it in operation.

    see www.kurlytie.com

If anyone takes the time to see what I am making here and has any comments I would appreciate some feedback.

Its a retired product. Been replaced by Xtreme Solid V Wheel Kit
The steel wheels used the rails as long-term consumables. The Xtreme wheels offer very similar rigidity, with less wear and tear

Looking at the video of your machine, C-Beams with Xtreme wheels will do just fine

But do take How to calculate V-Slot® deflection into account and suitably overbuild your frame
